Initial Consultation with Valé Architects.jpg

If you’re looking to grow your business exponentially instead of growing through trial and error, then do get in touch with us.

As architects, one of our jobs is to design the physical spaces that will help you grow your business. However, unless you defined the problem correctly from the start, you’re likely to build expensive solutions that don’t help anyone and simply create more problems. Our consultation process help you avoid this.

Our Initial Consultation is designed to bring value to your business from day one.  We’ll help clearly define your big picture goals along with a specific pathway on how to achieve them. This process is an essential part of every project we undertake.

A letter from Director Scott Valentine:

You might wonder why you’d pay someone to just have a chat about what your business stands for. That’s a fair question and you could of course just go at it alone. After all, who wouldn’t want to spend months of unfocused work that does little to help your bottom line, or overspend on areas that don’t bring returns while your competition beat you to the customers? We often learn things the hard way and if that is the experience you’re looking for, then I wouldn’t want to stand in the way of you getting that experience.

But if you want to get your business running in the right direction from day one, and really truly understand the bigger picture and the ‘why’ behind what you’re trying to achieve, then I’d be happy to sit down with you and help you work this out together.

You’ll receive a two-hour consultation session where Scott will use his extensive skills and experience in international hospitality design to help you create a much better understanding of your business or project objectives.

The call will be recorded and we will follow up with detailed notes from the session which you can reference and share with your team.

After you purchase your two-hour session, Scott will contact you to schedule a time to talk. Before the call, he’ll ask you to think through a number of questions:

  • What are your goals?

  • What are some of the barriers getting in your way?

  • What is the business you’re looking at growing?

  • What do you need to do?

We would advise you to find a quiet spot with high-quality headphones and microphone. Please also make sure you are free of distractions.

That’s it. Scott will do the rest.

"Scott consulted us about our boutique hotel project, it really helped us understand the focus on the big picture of what we were trying to build. Scott's knowledge not only of the hotel industry but branding really challenged our thinking and surfaced areas we hadn't yet thought of. It was fantastic to get a clear understanding of the path forward before we started any significant investments in branding, design and construction"

Louise Martin - Developer

"Scott consulted me on the branding of my business, I didn't really understand what branding was before our consultation, I just thought it was a fancy way of saying logo. After our initial consultation, I had a better understanding of the problems getting in my way and how they were affecting my business. Scott didn't even do any architectural designs, he advised that this may be the last thing I need to do in my case, but he was able to help me focus on the areas where I could grow my business."

Avicash Sami - Business Manager

Scott is an Australian architect and design strategist with an extensive experience in hospitality design. Before setting up Valé Architects, Scott worked on hotel design for top international brands such as Four Seasons, Intercontinental, Accor and Anantara.

Scott started Valé Architects in 2016 and took the time to design an architectural business from the ground up.  He heavily researched past successes and failures of others in the business of design. This has allowed him to develop a business which more than any other architect firm is focused on solving business problems with design, instead of being solely ‘the designer’. Scott’s mission is to encourage this dramatic shift in mindset and approach to the hospitality design industry more widely.
